SWISS: O95944 Gene ID: 9436 細(xì)胞毒性受體家族（NCRs）主要有：NKp46、NKp44和NKp30，其中NKp46和NKp30表達(dá)于所有靜止和活化的NK細(xì)胞，而NKp44則選擇性的表達(dá)于活化的NK細(xì)胞。靶細(xì)胞上的配體分子與NCRs的結(jié)合（交聯(lián)）引發(fā)NK細(xì)胞的活化導(dǎo)致靶細(xì)胞的裂解和大量細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生?，F(xiàn)已確認(rèn)NKp46和NKp44可以識(shí)別病毒上的配體分子紅血球凝聚素，而NKp46則能識(shí)別腫瘤細(xì)胞上的乙酰硫酸多聚糖。 |
