This alpha-adrenergic receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Its effect is mediated by G(q) and G(11) proteins. SWISS: P35348 Gene ID: 148 ADRA1腎上腺素能α1受體位于突觸后，在血管平滑肌上，興奮時(shí)可使血管收縮; alpha 1-adrenergic receptor有興奮效應(yīng)也有抑制效應(yīng)。腎上腺素能受體又可分為α和β兩種。alpha 受體與兒茶酚胺結(jié)合后，主要是興奮平滑肌，如血管收縮、子宮收縮和瞳孔開(kāi)張肌收縮等；但也有抑制作用，如使小腸平滑肌舒張。β受體又可分為β1和β2兩個(gè)亞型. |
