The NARG1-like protein (NARG1L) is an 864 amino acid protein that contains 7 TPR repeats and may also be a component of a complex that displays N-terminal acetyltransferase activity. Function: Auxillary subunit of the N-terminal acetyltransferase A (NatA) complex which displays alpha (N-terminal) acetyltransferase activity. Subunit: Component of the N-terminal acetyltransferase A (NatA) complex composed of NAA10 and NAA16. Similarity: Contains 7 TPR repeats.
