Human TF HEK293 cells were stained with tisotumab vedotin and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.2781 ug/ml.
The purity of Anti-F3 / Factor III / Tissue Factor / CD142 Reference Antibody (tisotumab vedotin) is 99.08%, determined by SEC-HPLC.
